The Opportunity

As a member of the EY Consulting team, you will work directly with our Business Consulting, Technology Consulting and Risk Consulting teams and clients on a daily basis to plan, design, deliver and deploy solutions that address complex business challenges.

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on consulting experience, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your analytical, problem-solving and communication skills while supporting client engagements across various industries.

Our Consulting Teams

Within EY Consulting, our teams work across a broad range of business, technology and risk-related areas. Depending on business needs, project requirements, and your background and interests, you may have the opportunity to work with one or more of the following teams:

Business Consulting

Our Business Consulting teams help organizations improve business performance, strengthen their operations and drive business transformation. The teams include:

• Supply Chain & Operations – Supporting clients in improving and transforming supply chain and operational performance.
• Accounting & Finance – Supporting accounting & finance-related improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Business Transformation – Supporting organizations in improving business processes, operating models and broader transformation initiatives.

The existing internship material describes Business Consulting as supporting clients with business performance, operating models, customer experience and transformation initiatives.

Technology Consulting

Our Technology Consulting teams help organizations leverage technology, data and digital capabilities to support transformation and improve business performance. The teams include:

• AI & Data – Supporting clients in leveraging data, analytics and artificial intelligence to generate insights and enable business transformation.
• Cybersecurity – Supporting organizations in addressing cybersecurity challenges and strengthening their technology and information security environment.

The existing Consulting Internship material also specifically references digital transformation, emerging technologies, AI, cloud platforms, data analytics and automation within Technology Consulting.

Risk Consulting

Our Risk Consulting teams help organizations identify and manage risks, strengthen governance and internal controls, and respond to an evolving business and regulatory environment. The teams include:

• Digital Risk – Supporting clients in identifying and managing technology and digital-related risks.
• Process & Control – Supporting organizations in reviewing and strengthening business processes, internal controls and governance.
• Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) – Supporting financial services clients in addressing financial and risk management-related challenges.
• Actuarial – Supporting clients with actuarial and risk-related analysis and solutions.

These areas are also consistent with EY internal recruiting materials, which identify Digital Risk, FSRM, Process and Control, and Actuarial within the current Consulting recruitment scope. An EY Risk Consulting internship document additionally lists Process & Controls, Digital Risk and several financial-risk capabilities as areas interns may work across.

Your key responsibilities:

• Gather information from clients by interview, conducting workshops, surveys or focus groups, etc.
• Identify gaps in client operations and recommend resolutions for further improvements.
• Prepare and design deliverables content to reflect client needs and strive to develop deliverable quality through verification and validation of results.
• Manage a small workstream of consultants through task delegations, guidance and coaching, and quality assurance.
• Work closely with the client in collecting client's information and managing their expectation.
• Able to work in different business and/or project’s scope, or provide operational supports to the team from time to time.

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Currently 4th year students in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, MIS, IT, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking with exceptional organizational skills.
• Be able to work well in a dynamic environment and demanding situations
• Excellent command of spoken and written both Thai and English
• Available to intern full time (4-5 days / week) at least 3 months and students in Cooperative Program.

Recruitment Timeline

• Result Announcement: The selection process and final results are expected to be completed and announced within December 2026.
