Aegis Advisors is a leading education centre in Hong Kong specialising in academic and admissions support. Services include academic tutoring, entrance test preparation, admissions advisory for US & UK boarding schools and universities, as well as international schools in Hong Kong. We are a small, fun team with educators from around the world.

Role Description

Work closely with the team to integrate AI technologies and automated workflows into our day-to-day operations to reduce redundant workload and optimize administrative efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build custom AI agents and automated systems to handle administrative tasks such as scheduling lessons on Google Calendar, assigning classrooms/rooms, and logging student/tutor data into our database.
• Develop AI-powered tools and reporting workflows to generate automated reports on assessment papers and mock tests given to students.
• Conduct competitive analysis using AI tools to monitor market trends and maintain our competitive edge.
• Streamline hiring processes using AI to draft and post job listings, source candidates, and manage initial candidate screening.
• Automate our marketing plans using AI-driven automation workflows.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Current Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Python scripts, API integrations), and database management.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving, process optimization, and technology integration.
• Working proficiency in English. Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus but not required.
