Mattia Oltrona Visconti – Partner, CEO Mattia comes from Milan, Italy with a background in marketing, PR and events. He has worked in Shanghai for the past 3 years as General Manager in Shanghai. He’s worked with various foreign students groups to plan successful events. Mattia brings his excellent managerial and operational skills to Internship Network Asia and oversees our daily operations and marketing strategy.

Rachel Chen – Director, Intern Liaison A native of San Francisco, with Chinese roots, Rachel has extensive experience in various study abroad and Internship programs. After spending time in China as a writer, Rachel brings her wealth of knowledge and experience to  Internship Network Asia as our Intern Liaison. She graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Global Studies, and studied Mandarin at Fudan University in Shanghai.
Paul Peronnin – Executive Partner French with a British education, Paul first came to Shanghai on an exchange program where he studied Business and Mandarin. Ever since, he has always enjoyed introducing Shanghai to newcomers and conveying his love of this fascinating city. With a background in Art fairs in both Paris and Shanghai, Consulting and Hedge Funds, Paul brings his hands on expertise to  Internship Network Asia. He graduated from ESCP Europe with a major in Entrepreneurship with Honours. He also won first prize at the Ernst & Young Business Plan Competition.

Nathan Sutton – Partner, Business Development Nathan started his career in the hedge funds industry working as an institutional sales manager. After one year he moved to a leading Italian independent consultancy firm specializing in Financial Institutions, where he spent 3 years working as a consultant and head of the research department. Nathan enriched his profile by getting involved into different entrepreneurial early stage ventures. Nathan will obtain his Masters of Business Administration at New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is fluent in English and Italian and has a good knowledge of French, and is a valuable asset to Internship Network Asia.
